RESEARCH & COVERAGETwo counties. One growing guide.
The directory now contains 39 Palm Beach and 27 Miami-Dade marina and storage profiles. The directory includes public, owner-leased and restricted facilities, with eligibility clearly labeled. Research emphasizes annual and long-term storage while also including shorter-stay options where documented. Confirm the available duration with each marina.
The total is not a claim that these are every marina in either county. Smaller facilities, private residential marinas and service yards are still being reconciled.
The linked workbook is the original 38-profile research snapshot. The site includes subsequent Palm Beach corrections and Miami-Dade profiles; the workbook is not synchronized.
Still being verified
PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens redevelopment, Northlake Marina, Seminole Marine, Cracker Boy Boat Works, Viking Yacht Service Center, Palm Beach Sailing Club, Slim’s Fish Camp, Torry Island, Twelve Oaks and other association facilities. Some may be service-only, duplicate campuses or restricted storage.
Miami-Dade coverage
Includes all six county-operated marinas, the three City of Miami marina campuses, commercial storage facilities and selected yacht clubs. Dinner Key’s mooring field is part of its marina profile. Bill Bird / Haulover Marine Center and Black Point / Loggerhead South Miami have separate profiles because their operators and storage programs differ.
Smaller Miami River marinas, residential associations, Fisher Island, Mystic Pointe, North Beach Marina and redevelopment sites remain in the verification queue. Private-club storage is labeled; a yacht-club name alone does not establish restricted public mooring access.
County boundaries matter
Blowing Rocks and Jupiter Pointe are in Martin County. Deerfield Beach marinas are in Broward. Broward, Martin and Monroe counties are not included. Postal city names can differ from municipal boundaries; Miami-Dade areas help distinguish the physical location.
Hurricanes & fuel
Every profile includes a hurricane section and fuel availability. Published wind ratings identify the structure and source; they are not a guarantee for the vessel. Sheltered-basin claims, storage contracts and closure policies are shown separately. Unverified fuel is not recorded as “no fuel.” Delivery, shared-campus service and restricted access differ from an onsite public fuel dock.
How to read a listing
An annual-program badge identifies the storage type for which an annual program was found, not an open berth or a complete contract. “Ask about annual terms” means the precise 12-month arrangement needs confirmation. Unknown does not mean unavailable.
Sources are linked on every profile and rate entry. Initial research: September 11, 2026. Targeted source and rate audit: September 12, 2026. No current vacancies have been confirmed with operators. Palm Beach rate schedules were rechecked. Miami-Dade sources include City of Miami prices effective November 2025 and operator monthly schedules. County transient rates are not annual quotes. Published long-term or monthly pricing does not establish a guaranteed 12-month contract. Source conflicts are flagged; conflicting size limits are excluded from hard length filtering. Maps use address searches; pins and entrances have not been independently verified.
